The main pathways through the gardens are concrete, gravel , wood chippings, and grass. We do our best to ensure access as much as possible, but we are aware that there are some areas which wheelchairs will find difficult. As a result, we offer discounted rates for wheelchair users and their carers.

Only assistance dogs are allowed in the gardens. Dogs are allowed in Garden Kitchen Café. Under no circumstances should dogs be left in cars.
Yes, we do, it’s Flora Café. It is run independently to the gardens but is open when the gardens are. To contact the café please call 01603 948853.
Yes, you can visit the café without paying to visit the gardens.
Patrons visiting the gardens are allowed to bring their own picnics, but this must be consumed in the dedicated picnic area.
Both the gardens and café operate a non-smoking/vaping policy.
Toilets are available next to the café and include disabled toilets and baby changing facilities.
